My appointment was @ 0330 pm for hh. I was coming from downtown and the traffic was so bad that the arrival was showing past 4 pm ….so past my appoinrment time.

The reply ….’OK’. Mind though …she is fully booked.
Arrived @ 4 pm , texted ….and surprisingly told i could hv my hh time nw ….dont know how TGF pulled that one …becoz i asked b4 to switch to a different time. Kudos to TGF.
