FAQ Loyalty & Welcome Bonus

Dear Gents,
To answer some of the questions we have received related to our welcome bonus promotion and our loyalty program, I am creating this FAQ as a living document that can be updated with more questions and answers. If you don’t find the answer to your question here, please feel free to email me directly.
Welcome Bonus
- What if I signed up for the welcome bonus before the date of August 15th before the promotion expired?
(a) If you enrolled any date after July 15th and you HAVE NOT used any of the credits ($100 = $20×5) we will extend your deadline till October 15th under the new terms of the Welcome Bonus Promotion.
(b) If you enrolled between June 15th and July 15th of this year, have used some or none of the credits, we will extend the deadline to September 15th under the new terms of the Welcome Bonus Promotion

Loyalty Program
- Do my discounted sessions from the welcome bonus count towards my loyalty program?
Yes they do, they will be treated at a .4 value. For example, 4 half hour bookings are needed to get the half hour reward, you can book 5 discounted sessions ($20 off) and then only have to book 2 regular priced half hour bookings to reach the reward level (0.4 x 5 = 2.0 + 2.0 = 4.0)
