⌛ Cancelation Policy ⌛

TGF’s customer service policy is anchored on two fundamental values, one of them is respect for time. 

To provide even better customer service and promote a culture of mutual respect between the clients and the agency we have decided to share publicly our cancelation policy. 

As a Client Canceling an Appointment

We understand that things happen and despite your best efforts or best intentions a cancellation may happen. Any appointment canceled with MORE than 2 hours’ notice is not subject to any cancellation fee. A cancellation fee will be incurred if: 

  1. Appointments canceled with less than 2 hours booking are subject to cancellation fee of $100 regardless of duration of appointment. 

(a) if you are booked for the first appointment of the day, SPECIALLY if it’s a booking for 10am we require 12 hours, BUSINESS hours notice. It is not ok to text us at 4am saying you need to cancel your 10am and how sorry you are knowing that we are sleeping and our phone line is not open till 8am.


A cancelation made at 8am or anytime after for a booking scheduled for 10am is subject to cancelation fee. [period]

 

(b) Once a cancelation fee is incurred, it must be paid before booking appointment, Preferred payment method is EMT. For clients we know for a long time we can accept in person payment at the time they meet the lady at their next booking in addition to the normal fee. 

 

  1. Appointments where the client simply does not show up, does not cancel and does not respond are labeled as “ghost” since they ghosted us. 

(a) Ghost clients are required to pay for their ghosted appointment in full prior to booking again. 

(b) In addition to paying for the ghosted appointment, a ghost client can only book by EMT prepayment full amount once they become a ghost.

When the Agency Cancels an Appointment

In fairness, the same way we expect our time to be respected you can rest assured your time is respected. We will offer no less than the two hours notice if for any reason the lady you have booked is unable to make it for the agreed upon time. 

In situations where two hours’ notice is not possible (emergency, etc) we will give you a choice of: 

  1. A session with any of the ladies available at or around the same time of your session with a hefty discount of UP TO  $80 per hour. The main priority is to take care of the client within the same day. 
  2. A client who does not want to see anyone else on the same day of appointment will therefore receive a $20 discount usable towards next booking. This discount is subject to our limitations stated in the discounts policy on the site. 

Example: 

John books Mary for one hour at 1pm. 

John arrives at the location for Mary. 

Mary has left the location due to her father being taken to hospital. 

We will tell John he can either see B, C, or D girl at x or y time with $80 discount. 

John says he only likes Mary and would rather only see Mary. 

We will give John $20 off next time. 

Limitations

  • Cannot combine discounts or promotions  
  • Cannot upgrade session category. Example: exclusive cancelation = exclusive discount. Can’t go from exclusive to VIP. 

FAQ 

  1. What if I live in Niagara Falls and I booked 3 weeks in advance, then drove for 5 hours, showered and shaved and arrived one hour early to the location? I make $25 an hour, so shouldn’t I be entitled to $25 times the number of hours I spent preparing and driving to the appointment?
