I have noticed on the forums some members voicing struggle to complete the screening needed to become a verified patron at our agency. To make things easier for everyone we will be allowing verification via TERB private message to all except blacklisted clients.
In order be verified via private message on TERB, you must be an active member with a join date of August 2023 or earlier. Each verification will be treated individually, and decisions are made on a case per case basis.
These changes have come into effect December 1st. We look forward to hearing from all of you and welcome your feedback.
All newly verified clients will receive a $100 credit towards their TGF accounts which can be used over the next 4 sessions. (cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion)
These 4 discounted sessions will count towards loyalty program at a .5 value. If you are not part of our loyalty program it’s free and easy to join. Just mention it at the time of your booking.
