We at TGF subscribe to the philosophy that everything we do is a process that needs to be constantly improved. After evaluating the results of this contest, we have made a few observations and improvements for next year when we do it again.
1. We are going to print out the instructions on how to participate on the actual ticket. Possibly do a flyer/poster and put it in each room.
There was multiple miscommunications that lead to us having unaccounted for tickets. We couldn’t do a draw knowing that a ticket without a ticket holder could win so we spent the last few days tracking down all the clients and making sure they all had a ticket. Maybe we will make a video next year with the instructions.

Why the time limit? Because administrative time is unpaid for, we do it just for the love of the clients and we don’t want to be dealing with a ticket winner in 5 months from today. Thank you for understanding.
