FAQ
1. What if I am an existing loyalty customer with bookings counting towards the previous loyalty program?
Your accumulated bookings will be converted to the new program. Example: If you had 3 one hour bookings banked, we will add up the total money you spent on those 3 bookings and convert it to the points system. If each hour was $300 that means your point balance is 900 points
2. What if after conversion from old system I end up with more than 4000 points which is the maximum reward?
We value your business and if you are banking more than 4000 points after conversion then please email or speak to us on the phone so we can give your special case consideration.
3. Do I earn points on Outcall transportation fees?
Sadly, yes. To make things simple we will take that into account and give rewards on the transportation fee even though we ourselves don’t make any of that money. We are choosing simplicity and fairness to the customer as the number 1 priority.
4. If I have a discount for any reason, do I get rewards on the amount I pay or the amount the booking is worth?
The rules are stated in such a simple manner, you earn 1 point per every dollar spent. SPENT is the keyword. If the money has not left your pocket it hasn’t been spent.
5. What happens to leftover points after redemption?
Nothing. They stay there. Example: You have 3000 points, redeem 2000 to get $50 off and retain 1000 points you can use next time or keep building.
6. What will happen to my bookings banked towards my birthday reward?
We will convert it to the new system and just add it to your rewards balance.
7. Why do I have to show my ID to get the birthday rewards?
First because we need to confirm that it’s your birthday, and ultimately nobody is forcing you to participate in the program. Participation is voluntary. If you don’t want to show your ID don’t, there is other contests and promotions you can partake in, just not the birthday reward.
8. Am I going to get blacklisted for asking questions?
Absolutely not! We encourage questions and open communication. We want to make sure you fully understand the programs and are happy with the rewards. However, we ask for respectful and constructive dialogue so we can maintain a positive experience for everyone
9. But I don’t want to be seen as “WHINY” how can I make sure that I am not being whiny?
We realize that calling out the whiny drivel such as La Verga’s post alluding to some kind of conspiracy or principle is confrontational but that doesn’t mean we aren’t willing to converse and have reasonable respectful conversations. If you can’t differentiate between respectful conversation and whining you should spend some time thinking about it on your own. For us, whining generally means trying to get a leg up on us or find a loophole to come on top in the transaction. Example: Imagine the person who shows up with a stack of coupons at No Frills and tries to stack 25 cents coupons to pay for a $10 item then when told NO that person DEBATES the “principle.” When you see people arguing about “the principle” it generally means they didn’t get their way and are upset.
